Abandoned...Written April 8th 2006

Dear Aunt Sarah,

A couple weeks ago we stayed the night at Grandma’s and the Uncles house. If you lived closer we would have stayed with you.

This was the week that mom abandoned us.

Mom didn’t abandon us Savannah she was on vacation.

We didn’t see her for seven days she abandoned us Constance.

I could see why she would abandon you Savannah, It all started when we first got to uncles house. He was changing my diaper and putting lotion on my dry skin. Along came baby Godzilla with her new sippy cup. She drops it right on my head…That hurt…

It slipped really it did Constance.

Sure it did.

You got me back Constance the next day. I was watching Reading Between the Lions when suddenly Constance came in and took my newly refilled sippy cup and then ran into the bathroom and threw it in the toilet. Then she walked out like nothing was wrong. Uncle had his hand over his mouth so he didn’t yell at you..

I don’t think he was going to yell at me his shoulders were shaking too.

Uncle does have names for us. He calls Savannah Jaws because of ALL her teeth. And he calls me the Woodchuck because of my four teeth….More will come in….about the same time as the hair.

We did have a good time no matter what Savannah has to say. He played with us and we watched TV but best was when he fed us. We didn’t sit in a chair or at the table but he called it a mini picnic. He put a towel down on the floor and we ate down there. We had pizza, roast beef and potatoes and mac and cheese and for breakfast one day we had French toast and sausage. He said we can’t be Jewish now. Savannah can really suck down the macaroni…She tells people she’s carb loading. Uncle had to make more because she ate all of it.

I’m a growing girl Constance so be quiet… It was ok here, but we didn’t like it when it was time for bed. He had it set up so we each had our own sleeping area. He put me down and then had to catch the Woodchuck and put her down…we laid there until he closed the door then we went over and started looking thru the trash…He must have cameras in there because the next thing he suddenly opens the door and tells us to get back to bed…He said it was like cockroaches when he opened the door and we quickly crawled back to bed.

Uncle did laugh at us in the mornings because we always ended up in the same bed. It was because Constance was scared..

Then why is it that I always woke up with you in my bed Savannah…

You where to scare to move?

Uncle wasn’t to happy when I woke him up one morning. I had the rolling phone with me and took it into uncle’s room. He was sleeping so I hit him in the head with the receiver to get his attention. I just wanted to lay with him because the saw mill Savannah was keeping me awake.

It was fun to stay here because he has windows we can look out of and see the cars and people going past. Also its fun to run from one end of the house to the other…Savannah just stumbles along.

Uncle is alright but he gets this big vein in the middle of his forehead when ever Constance does something dumb…Mom gets it a lot too…

Oh we went in for our 5000 mile check up. Savannah is 2ft 4in and 25 tons…

Pounds Constance its pounds…Constance is short at only 2ft 2in and 18 POUNDS.

I do have a yeast infection it’s not nice.

Taking a stand

I never really care what the networks do with their show . I've been upset because a show is cancelled but for the most part I know its all business. But NBC has cancelled The Book Of Daniel because of pressure for the religious bigotted nuts. They can't handle it that a show is have a minister and his family as they really are. Messed up.
In college I lived across from a church and couldn't miss seeing what the minister and his family got up to. Bondage,pot smoking and other stuff. So my stand. I will not be watching anything on NBC. One less Nielsen Family.

Unhappy Constance....Written January 16,2006

Dear Auntie Sarah,

You need to talk to the big people here. It has came to my attention that they always stick me in pink. A couple outfits here and there would be ok but my whole wardrobe is pink. I know it goes with my delicate peaches and cream complexion,but I would like a little variety. Savannah gets greens,yellow and purples. Really I think she should stick to black its so slimming and all.

Now I don't want any bold colours because that will just wash me out. I will just be a pair of beautiful eyes floating up there.

Stayed with the uncle Monday. Dad went job hunting. He took us to lunch with a friend. She kept saying I scared her that I never blinked....I just don't want to miss anything. She tried to get me to eat this bitter bread stuff. I wasn't having any of that. I just wanted my crackers.

Then we went to his work and all the people told us how cute we are...I know that....But he wouldn't let us out. I'm walking you know. I need to be free.

When we got back to his house he made us take a nap. Him and Savannah went and laid on the bed. She is getting to be a suck up . I wouldn't lay down but then I do need my beauty sleep so I did shut my eyes for just a moment.

When I woke up I was full of energy. I needed to move. Uncle got smart and opened up the rooms so I could run. I was a clear open run....and then Savannah stuck her foot out and tripped me...she looked all innocent but I know better.

What's he talking about...Written January 16,2006

Aunt Sarah.

I really think you need to talk to the uncle about something. We stayed at his house last Monday while dad went looking for a job. He kept saying it was an anniversary for us. That it was 1 year ago that he first got us. I thought our birthday was last month.

Anyway the sister and I are both our not feeling good. She has stuff coming out of her nose and she keeps coughing all the time. I’m having trouble breathing in from my nose. The parents got us some medicine to take. It makes us feel better for a time and then sleepy.

Uncle tried to feed us but it hurts going down. He did get some more stuff to play with but I just didn’t feel like it. I would go over to him and pat his leg until I found a soft spot. He has a lot of soft spots on his leg. I’d put my head down and just rest. It feels better to put my head down. Constance is to dumb to do that. She kept hitting her eyes and crying so she didn’t rest. Uncle was reading and I had my head down when suddenly we hear a thud. We both look over and see that dummy had fallen asleep sitting up and had tipped over. She was just laying there snorting with her stuffed up nose.

We for the most part just drank juice all day. Constance did have a big lunch but I didn’t feel like anything. I think she ate so much because she kept going the day before.

Uncle said he was going to show us off to all the people at work. They haven’t seen us in a month. But then he changed his mind he didn’t want to infect any people with our colds. I really think it was because of the snot all over Constance face and he was embarrassed to be seen with her. It didn’t help that she would fight him any time he tried to clean up her face. She not to bright that one.

We slept most of the afternoon. I don’t like a blanket over my arms. The goof likes it up over her head. That was fine it made her wheezing not so loud.

I think we were going to stay at his house later this week but now he has the cold. Grandma did to. I think it was that Constance that gave it to everyone. Dummy

letter about Sarah Written December 30,2005 age 1yr

Dear lady that lives with my aunt,
I think you should be informed about what aunt was
up to while visiting us.
We didn't like her at first. She just has all these
teeth and hair. I think she is trying to rub
it in that I don't have much of either yet.I'll get
some teeth one of these days. Perfection takes time
you know.
After a time we did get to like her. She won
Savannah over when she fed her. That girl is going
to do anything just for a treat.
She did bring this book that everytime she shows it
to some one they cry. I think she should take it
back if its that bad to make people cry. It may not
be that bad, I did see a picture of me in it.
Now she took us lots of places and we saw all kinds
of people but the noise and being passed around gets
old after a while.And just between you and me I
don't want to walk yet. I like this being carried.
I do have to say that there is one think I don't
like about aunt. She wants us to wear our socks and
shoes all the time. I've been barefoot for a couple
months and I'm happy with that.
Also I got really mad at her for stopping me from
eating some stuff off the carpet. I'm a growing girl
and she's taking stuff out of my mouth, how mean is
that. I told her off but when I looked up she was
holding Savannah and not even looking at me...
We had our 1st birthday and I didn't like it if I
didn't see one of my caregivers,aunt,uncle,mom,dad,
or grandma. I kept getting passed to these strange
girls.
The birthday was ok but I didn't like it when mom
put frosting up my nose.
Well mom and dad are out for the New Years,aunt is
working on her crying book so Savannah and I took
this time to write you. You really need to keep a
closer eye on aunt.I think she needs to spend more
time with small kids.

What have I been reading?

Should first put that I'm dead tired from driving for the last 6hrs after leaving Baton Rouge. I've been down there the last week helping out with the Red Cross. People are still homeless so don't let the news fool you saying everything is ok. Can't sleep so my thoughts on stuff that I've read.
1.Denise Swanson's Scrumble River series is great. The woman can't write fast enough for me. This last book Death of a Smart Cookie ended on a cliff hanger...oh the mystery was solved but other stuff came up. They have to be read in order to really see the hows and whys.
2.Tim Cockey's Hitchcock Sewell series is also very good. Well the one that I've read anyway. They all have Hearse used in the title as a play on words. I read the Hearse Case Scenario. Fast pace,and written in that real first person way. And the ending did surprise me.
3. Edmund Crispin. it was written in the 40s and I don't know what he's trying to do. Very stilted laugange and just bad. I must have picked these up at a garage sale I have two of his books. Not going to go looking for any more. the book I'm reading is Holy Disorder. I've put it down four times to read other books. Pg 112 of 238
4. Margaret Frazer. Here nun ones can get a bit heavy but her newest one with the actor joliffe is lighter and shows that she does have a sense of humour. The second of this books are The Play of Dux Moraud.
Oh it was hot,humid and smelled in Baton Rouge.

Unhappy Savannah Written on October 5,2005

I would like to lodge a complaint against the uncle. Who does he think I am...his personal dress up doll?

the short one and I are laying there having a nice evening bottle when suddenly uncle takes us and starts to change our clothes. I was happy in the what I had on. He puts this red top and plaid skirt on me then this pink furry thing on short one. He mumbles something about what they would look like on the other one and off these go and he put the other outfit on each of us.

I don't like the furry one because I kept losing the pants when I crawl.He did find out that I am a size 12 months and the short one is 9months. He took many pictures....

Oh the pictures. we thought we were safe here from the flashes....Everytime we are at grandma's house she whips out the camera and takes our picture. Now the uncle has gotten one. Laying there and suddenly BOOM! off goes the flash...Even when I'm trying to sleep and can hear the click.

Uncle is ok that he does play the pat pat game. He's getting pretty good at it.He likes to show off by doing both hands at once. We now have to teach the short one how to do it. She gets so excited when it comes her turn that she just throws her hands around...

Oh the short one should be avoided at all cost. She is still teething. She really smells bad,really bad...It makes the uncles eyes water when he changed her the other night. He wanted to just leave it for dad but thought better of it. She also gets real crabby real quick and all that drool.

We went in for a 9 month check up. short and I both lost weight 5oz or so...I'm 19 and she is only 14. She is too skinny.

We now have an aunt down here...I don't know if I like her. She keeps talking about Alexia,Serena and Javon...I'm the most important person and she better learn that.

Mom said that you are coming to visit next week. No gifts but if you do bring anything I do like balls. Yellow.

Cute little boy Written on September 25,2005 age10 months

Dear Auntie S.
I don't think the uncle is to happy with us. It could be because of Savannah's sudden ear pierceing screams while we are riding in the car. He always stops suddenly and gets out to look at her. Her seat is right behind his so he can't see her. He mumbles things like bee or rock, but she just sits there and smiles up at him thinking my voice so get peoples attention.
I know he can't be mad at me. I like to play hide and seek but I keep forgetting to tell him. Once I got into the closet and it was dark so I went to sleep until I was rudely woken when he picked me up and then he wasn't to happy when I crawled into the big coffee tables drawer and the door closed on me. I kept kicking the door open and Savannah saw me and would laugh.She is so easy to amuse.
I still haven't gotten any teeth. They try to come thru but noting. I'm not happy. I just would like to suck on the bottle when it gets bad. I can crawl now. I can crawl which the first time Mom saw it you would have thought I cured the common cold.Savannah still goes along on her elbows and drags her self along. She sometimes can move just as fast as me.
Uncle thinks it fun to put the bottles on the other side of the room and have us race to them...Savannah still wants both.
Uncle still reads to us everytime we are here. Savannah gets bored and want to eat the book. I know that after he is done reading that I will be lotion on my legs and arms for dry skin.
Savannah now has hair that moves. People still think she's a boy....Oh look at the little boy and his cute sister....I like that.
I can sit up on my own now. I still haven't figured out the reaching for stuff I fall over and hit my head. Savannah gets a laugh out of that.
When you come to visit and have your camera we do sit still for that. We found that if we do then we don't get as many flashes in the face from Grandma...
We are only spending two days at uncles next week. He's trying to teach us words. Mines donor...

Seattle and beyond Written Sept.12,2005

Dear Aunt S.

We have spent a lot of time with the uncle this week. He said that we would send out a message at the end of the week. Constance wanted to do this but she is teething so all you would get is my gums hurt my gums hurt…look a ball!

You heard that we went to Seattle to see family out there. Flying is fun, the up and down make my tummy feel funny. I did throw up on some guy behind grandma when I got to excited. But he looked bored. Constance didn’t like it; they said something about her inner ear or something like that. And that it’s too bad she can’t chew gum to help…Chewing gum with the toothless one now that would be fun to see.

We got to Seattle and went to a party with all these strange people, well people we didn’t know, the people here are strange. I will scream if I hear one more time….now which one is which, oh this ones bigger, are they the same age, is it a boy and girl, oh look you have teeth (while sticking hand in mouth). I kept hearing mom saying who has them who has them….So then Mall and grandma buying clothes…and then home….

So staying with the uncle a lot this week. He also told mom that he would watch us extra so she could have alone time…Dad has it all the time why not mom.

Uncle is so funny. He tries to do stuff to make us laugh…he was standing up with a sheet over his head playing peek-a –boo until he noticed that he was standing in front of his big front window with people going by looking at the odd man….

Like I said Constance is teething, and she lets us know it. She will suck on the bottle and yes she is holding all by herself now. Then a pain will hit her and she cries and cries and then will go to lay her head down on the floor but she does it to fast so you hear. BAMMM!!!. Then she cries harder because she now has hit her head. Dummy.

Its fun here at uncles, he’s trying to find all the stuff we would like to play with. Little stuffed animals and balls but I like the Kleenex box he has in the trash. I caught the edge of the box with my foot and brought it down…

Constance is trying to crawl; she gets up on her knees and rocks back and forth. Then she gets tired of that and lies down and throws her hands out and thinks she’s flying. She does push her self back a lot and gets herself stuck in places because of it. There is a spot in grandma’s house that is beside the TV that she keeps trying to back her way thru. People see her over there and scream and comes gets her before she can fall off the edge…Oh she would bounce or the dummy would like it…

I do not like Vacuums and there is nothing you can say to make me like them!!!!!

Uncle had us in his front room. He calls it the babies room, like we can read any of the books there, and he’s moved all the stuff out of reach….But we kept finding stuff on the carpet and he thinks this is wrong. So I’m over in the corner looking at the bottom of my car seat and Constance is in the middle of the room doing her Titanic king of the world impression when uncle brings in the evil machine. He turns on this noisy monster and goes around the room and Constance looking down to make sure she is ok with it…She lays there looking at it and when he brings it over to her she pats it with her hand and then knocks her head on it….then he sees me. So scared I can’t make a noise. He turns it off and comes to me and I cling to him…Then he sits down by it and Constance and try’s to make me look at it. I’m thinking it’s not that bad. Constance is patting it with her hand and I go to reach out for it when Constance hits the on bottom and it screams at me so I scream back….EVIL EVIL MACHINE…….

He does read to us. But Hop on Pop is getting old. And I really don’t care who dun it in the mystery he’s reading.

Don’t know how many times he has us next week.

Entry for September 11, 2005 four years after

I left the entry title as is because it is so fitting. Who could believe that 4 years ago the world would be shook to its core. How could the United States be attacked like that...Sleeping giant?,Lazy,? Selfish me could only think that on the 13th I had tickets to go to England....I soon got over that,the airline and hotel and other places I had reservation in got a hold of me and refunded my money with you problems, except the train ticket place. Its someplace in Virginia and they said use it or lose it...Sweet.
Four years ago I spent my vacation helping out in New York City. I cryed for most of the time. I don't like the idea of the new tower going into its place but that's just me. Nice park would do fine.

So this week I seen how many times I could try to take myself to the limit. Work from 6am -3pm and then take care of the twins three days and then cooking and shopping because of another great niece being down for a visit. I slept most of today. Missed Erie Feis. Which is the Quad Cities answer to drunken days. The Irish people of the area show that they can do as much stuff as the rest of the Celtic Nations. and the beer tent is a plus.

Alexia is the great niece who came to visit. She is 7 going on 35. Clothes horse and to smart sometimes for her own good. She was down for back to school shopping, but it turned out to be the day the twins got clothes and me....She did end up with two pairs of shoes. A girl can never have to many shoes. At Christmas time she gives us each a list of what she wants..Each person gets a differant list so no getting the same stuff and she tells exactly what she wants. Size,colour and most of the times stores and price.
My sister Madame has gotten herself a job down here. JC Penny's may not know what hit them. She starts September 19th Women Suits. I'm making a bet she doesn't make it to Christmas.
she also has a chance of getting on with the Radio Group here in town. Traffic controller and it has nothing to do with roads or cars. She will be living with my sister Mary for the time until she can get on her feet. As if Mary doesn't have enough problems.
Tomorrow is a twin day. Their father is going to go looking for a differant job. This one he has had for almost two months. I'm going to hate to see what that tax return looks like...
Sometime I'm going to have to talk about the soaps. But right now they all kinda suck.

Thoughts from the blue eyed one Written on Sept.4,2005

Dear Aunt Sarah,

We have been spending a lot of time with the uncle this week. Grandma doesn't always get out of work on time to get us..We like it here but he's starting to get smart to Savannah's tricks.

When we first get here Savannah will cry like she hasn't eaten in days....Yeah right...So uncle gets her a bottle...Now when she starts he looks down at her and in his big person voice tells her to be quiet your not getting anything....she looks up at him and then they have a stare off....Then Savannah knows she's not getting anything and starts to look at her hand...

I tried to by the crying one the other day but it didn't work. I keep forget to not smile when he looks down at me and ask in his dumb voice....Whets the madda Cono? I just have to smile wrecks the whole effect.

So it was hot and dad had us in the car all day. So we get here and uncle does feed us because we are both thirsty. Its cool in his one room but the carpet doesn't have any treats on it....Savannah rolls around and gets her foot stuck under the sofa...Dummy...I roll around after eating and find a nice place under the rocking chair...its away from Savannah she likes to roll onto my head or slap it...

She tried to take my bottle after she was done with hers....Uncle stopped her..boy she got mad...tried to hit him....He just blew on her tummy....She hates that....

Then it was time to leave. back in the car seats and off we go...but when he had us out side he said that we would have to be used to movement if we are going on a plane..so he swings us around in the back yard....I'm not to thrilled with this but chunky miss loved it....Uncle had to sit in the car for a while before we could leave....

Uncle stops to get him self some food. Savannah thinks she should have some to so starts to howl...passing cars look at us...I'm so embarrassed....he does give her a little tiny piece to shut her up...yep she wolfed that down and was asking for more...

He puts the bag in her lap while he gets us out of the car and up to the door. we are almost to the door when Savannah throws the bag onto the ground...nothing falls out but that's was just mean of her...

Well that is all for now....Going to be in Seattle the next couple days...uncle told us to watch out that mom and grandma behaved them selves and to not throw up on any body....well maybe Angela or Scott or Sean or a air hostess.....

Sunburn and Highland Cows

So the highlight of me week was going to the local Highland games with my friend Doreen. This is the day when all the people in the area with just a hint of Celtic in them thinks its ok to wear a kilt. Some of those legs shouldn't see the light of day. They had a nice selection of vendors this year,the only odd one was Mi meme Amour jewerly...Kinda was out of place with all the lace and cotton and Mc,Mac,Fitzs and O's. they had the people trying to relive the days of the middle ages. Live like them and all. Doreen said these people get way to into it...make their own swords and clothes and kill the food the old way....(drive thru thank you)

The games part of this was guys tossing telephone poles or trying to throw bags of sand over a high bar aka caber toss and haggis hurl..

Saw some really cute outfits for the girls but these people want so much for them but this is how they make a living.

Walked around looking at all the stuff, its gone from all the nations of Celts to now just the Scottish. what happen to Welsh as my friend Gwen ask and the Irish. I being the good irish boy drank my share of beer and didn't notice until later that my irish skin was turning a beautiful red colour.

After the fun of that I could just sit at home so when I thought I could drive I went down to the Casino Rock Island. I was doing ok until this lady sat next to me and put a curse on me. she rubbed her machine and cooed to it something like amour de something and then turned to me and called me a loser. three years of spanish and I know when I'm being insulted or cursed. So I left there $40 poorer.

Today I was awoken to someone killing a cat on my front lawn. When I ran out to stop them found a trio of bagpipers tuning? up for the church service across the street.

Called the store today to see what time Nancy had lunch. Kerensa answered. I was so nice...what are you doing there? Her and Nancy traded weekends. She tells me that I'm not walking into any problems...ha

So Tuesday its back to work....

Viewing Habits

I watch soaps.....there it's out in the open....Serials,the stories,weepers, daytime dramas, what ever you want to call them. I watch proudly. First memory of them was watching with my mother. The Edge of Night, Love is a Many Spendor Think and Dark Shadows. Watched all the big ones on CBS and NBC growing up. As The World Turns, Guidling Light,The Doctors,Another World,Somerset

Now I continue by watching One Life to Live. I've been a faithful viewer since 1977. Now I'm hooked on British soaps. Emmerdale,Coronation Street,Family Affair and Hollyoaks. So I'll be talking about what's going on in soapland and how if I was in charge they would be so much better

Constance speaks Written July 20,2005

Hi De Ho Auntie S

It looks like we are going to be staying at the uncle house more. Monday,Wednesday and Fridays.

today Savannah was in one of her moods. Dad puts down her throne and she starts crying. dad doesn't want to leave but Uncle gets him out and once Savannah sees he isn't going to play her game she shuts up. Its so hot today but he puts us in front of the fan...I nap for a bit and we watch soaps. Then Uncle get himself a Dr Pepper. He comes back into the room drinking it. Savannah goes nuts. She thinks she should be drinking it...She starts to scream. The neighbours get all quiet thinking he's killing someone in here. So he goes out and gets her a bottle of water. She takes one sip of that and throws the bottle off the side of the throne and hits me...That hurts so I start crying. He takes the bottle and puts some formula in it and brings it back....Old hoover lips starts sucking it down before he can let go. He then gets me one and Savannah wants that one to...Hey tubby I need to eat to....

We then have a burping contest. Uncle burps first. Its ok....then Savannah does her little burp...Well this is something I'm good at....I pass gas and burp. Showed them.

Uncle put us out on the floor...I'm moving but backwards....can't get the knees to move right...I'm still not dumb enough to hold my own bottle. I'm going to let them hold it until I feel like it.

Savannah speaks Written on July 19,2005

Dear Aunt Sarah,

Its really hot here..even Miss Happiness and sunshine Constance isn't as chipper as always. I could be that she is also teething..Ha serves her right..I wish mine would just be done and come thru...it hurts and then it stops and then hurts again....Sucking on the bottle is really the only way to make it feel better....They do put some junk on it but that only last about an hour.

We went to Grandma's on Sunday...She has a pool for us...I just like to lay there and keep cool. Constance was kicking her feet and would get me and she thought it was so funny. Then I slashed her and it got up her nose and then she is all crying and weeping...Can't take her own medicine.

She has this lady bug design and I have a two piece bikini. they say I have cleavage. Dad doesn't like it, it shows off to much skin.

Dad has a job. He's working at the gas station just down the road from the uncle's house. Problem is he works evenings and mom days so there is a couple hours over lap and that's where the uncle comes in.

we get to see him between the time dad goes into work and when mom gets off...

We spent Monday with the Uncle...Went to lunch in a sleazy bar with his friends. I didn't throw up on anyone. Someone asked if we where the same age. Told them twins oh are they related...duh.

Them we spent the rest of the day being showed off....its been two weeks how much can change. Yeah I got hair and Constance gets up on her knees big deal.

The lady at the book store read us a book...Counted to 10 and then 100 I don't think there really was 100 bugs but we have to take her word for it.

Then the uncle used us to get info.

He took us to the other book store and got the people there to say OH HOW CUTE. and then he chatted them up finding out about their sales and how Harry Potter was doing...I feel so used.

then we had to ride around for 1 hour because we had to pick up mom. Constance would start crying at the most stupid thing. Uncle sneezed and she cried. what's up with that.

Well we will be seeing you in a week. Don't be shocked at how Constance hasn't got as pretty as me.

First Letter Done on June 27,2005 age 6months

Dear Aunt Sarah,

We stayed with Uncle Richard while dad looks for a job again....Its really hot and humid here and he doesn't have air.I have prickly heat and it hurts my arms and head and goofy Savannah has heat rash in the rolls on her chin. She had trouble today. All kinds of gas...She would cry and he'd pat and she'd fart and fart and .....So I was left to my own so I threw up on the carpet in three places. I don't like the carpet here I can't get any footing to flip myself over. Just rub my foot and nothing...I'm pulling my self along with my elbows its better then staying in one spot.

We went out to stores...in and out of the car, that really gets out quick.the sun was really bright and I have my sun glasses but dumb Savannah wouldn't wear any. She keeps slapping her face with it.

So Uncle Richard likes to bite my foot...he tryed it on Savannah and she pulled her foot back and then kicked him in the head.

It was to hot to do anything. Just drank and slept....Savannah is starting to follow my lead and suck her thumb but the dummy gets it wrong and sticks it in backwards.

Aunt Karen was down job hunting....Savannah had to throw up on her...Savannah throws up on everyone she meets...I'm not taking her on any dates.

Uncle Richard got a camera...If I could reach it I would break that stupid thing...Laying there looking at the carpet and boom he takes a picture...Stupid blue dots....makes it hard to pick stuff out of the carpet.

Inthe past I've tryed to keep a diary and it never worked. I'd forget about it or lose it...and what if someone found it...Now here I am in cyber space keeping one.

The weekend...another trivia night. It was a long night couldn't really get into it. The table across from us was what kept it interesting. A lady her husband and it looks like her son and this son and his friends. She was drinking when I got there and didn't stop...Very happy. the three teen boys didn't know any of the questions. They started putting up little signs on their table. "You may be winning but we are cuter." "Our humour beats your smarts." they came in last but they had fun and grandma may remember some of it later. We came in 2nd. got the money back...the 1st place table said they would give there winnings to the party. Oh it was for the Scott Co. Democrats. I said because of Bush I needed all my money.

No Nancy so it was a lazy day in on Sunday. I did jump up and hurry to meet her and then remembered she's in Texas.

Monday: Road trip to Dubuque. Leanne and Kathy. I never knew that they road up there was so boring. I always drive. also no colour. Poor little Kennedy Mall. Could count the people on one hand. Mostly old mostly walkers. Got Sara's wedding gift. Showed that I was white trash with my OH MY GOD $51 FOR JUST 5 PIECES OF SILVERWARE NOT THE WHOLE SET!!!!

The Borders store is still to bright in the paint colours. Chipped of some to take back to Kit.The people at the reg where rude and I didn't feel welcome...Then off the the real shopping area of the Town the North West Arterial Flow Rd Got a new glass. ugly and amber.Should hold a bottle of Dr Pepper

Drive back was just as boring. Made Leanne go across the hell bridge in Savanna. got stopped in the middle. Neither one of us like it. to narrow and nothing to make you feel safe.

Tuesday back to work. only three days more...Did Dougs job and mine.trying to get everything in order before I leave. Where am I going...? not sure.Went to the eye dr after work. Yep the eyes are failing. At this rate should be blind by the time I'm 55 nothing they can do about it.The doctor was about the same age as one of the nieces. The ink not dry on her degree.

Oh about the pictures.. can you tell I like Stevie Nicks. the thin years... and I got the Dukes of Hazzard on DVD so I had to put a picture of them up.

The Ides of March

Recovering from the day with the babies. Don't know if its easier when they don't move or not. Was thinking about what I'm going to do on my vacation. Most likely nothing. Did look thru the book Europe On a ShoeString. If I went now I would be eating my shoes by the end of the trip. Still trying to figure this thing out. Want pictures. So heres the first. Stevie of course. Nancy goes on vacation starting the 19 thru the 26th then I go on vacation til the 4/April. It looks like I'm singing at the wedding. Now have to find the organ or piano player and hope that she can play the stuff I can sing...Not church songs. Howard is gone on vacation. don't notice him gone...Lots of people like that at the store..."You where gone?really?" Only two days til payday...then a little money to play with...

Day with the babies.

Had the twin terrors today. Oh they aren't that bad. Savaie just would scream at the drop of a hat. It could have something to do with not pooing. Cono is the same. Hold me and I'm yours baby. Took them out to the store. Its funny to see who does and doesn't want to hold them. They are 2 1/2 months old. they follow you with their eyes and smile. Don't know if it's still gas or they find something in their world that is funny. 9 hrs was a bit much. It will only get worse they won't take as many naps. I need to pace myself. Or get to bed before midnight the night before.

Savie is still the bigger. I think she always will be. She the one that looks like her dad. Dark hair clef chin,olive skin. Moody. but you didn't hear that from me. She smiles more and bigger, that is when she is awake. The kid can still sleep 20 hours a day.

Cono still the little sister in many ways. She looks like mom. Blonde,big eyes,peaches and cream skin. If she can find a pulse point she is in heaven... sleep and eats in small bits.

I noticed that Savie favours her right hand when sucking it and Cono her left...Oh this should be fun down the road.

Change the shirt,change the sheets, flip the mattress. Another day with the babies comes to an end...God do I need a Dr Pepper.
