Our Future?
Just A Little Rant
I like to read a good blog as much as the next person. But I have seen a trend that I don't like among the bloggers. They are getting lazy and not writting anymore but putting up clips from You Tube. And me with dial up I can't enjoy it and it slows down the rest of the blog.

Mystery Plant
April Showers Brought This Also
Lovely LeClaire Park under water. The famous hotdog stand in the foreground.
Looking across River Dr at the River
The Mighty Miss and LeClarie park and train tracks and lots of water
the junk left behind by the falling waters.
Hope no one had that shelter reserved for the weekend
Only a duck could get onto the Casino. Hope they have better luck then I did.

This is all from the Stampe Lilac Garden in Duck Creek Park. It has a Gazebo that needs repairs and the federal sytle building for receptions . Oh the lovely scent from all the shrubs. Its a shame that they only last a short time.
I doesn't seem like a week ago that we had snow..Spring is here and Summer's on the way. Haven't a clue what the top red flower is...
