Dinner Out With Family

Before my cousin Nancy and her husband Bob went back to Florida we met up for dinner. My sister Mary and Diane and my brother Mike went. Nancy's daughter Lori and her husband Curt and son Micheal also came. We go to a place called Fat Boys. Its a bar that serves food and is the food good. I had a steak sandwich and it was filling. Good food and family you like it was a great time

Rocky Waters Vineyard

The sister called and said we needed to do a road trip did I have any place in mind?

Hanover 

Where...?

In the rolling hills of Jo Davies Co in North west Illinois sitting on one of the bluffs is Rocky Waters Vineyard .

Almost didn't find the place because a big nasty storm rolled in as we got to Hanover. Missed the sign at first but then found it. As the owner's wife said "they are the best kept secret in Jo Davies Co" Check it out. 

Don't trust your GPS it will take you to the middle of down town Hanover.

Storm clouds rolling in. It was Mid 90s and sunny when we left Davenport. This area has had some very strong storms and flash floods.

Along Rt 84 south of Hanover the darker colour shows where the flooding happened. It would have been over the roof of the Escape.
