It's Flood Time Again...I Mean Spring.
Its spring time in the Quad Cities so that means flooding. The Mighty Mississippi is over it banks and trying to set records. The first bunch of pictures is taken from the sky bridge. The hot dog stand is the one thing that most people use as a gauge of how bad it is.
