Event Information: This is one zany art exhibition you won't want to miss! The annual Flamingo Follies Art Exhibition will feature about 100 artistically altered pink flamingo lawn ornaments created by over 70 talented artists on view in the Center's gorgeous outdoor gardens. This one-of-a-kind exhibit showcases the world's most amazingly creative flock of flamingos! It's the bird-version of Chicago's painted cows! During your visit you can cast your vote for your favorite creation and win one through a "flamingo raffle."

And I hear that some of the artists have been extremely creative with their flamingos. Of course, about a third just dress the poor creatures up like dolls. Still, the additional sculptures are very good.
