I went into my local GM dealer to get some touch up paint for my Blazer. I thought I would be preventive and get rid of the dings before they started to rust.
I asked the guy in the auto shop for a jar of red touch up paint.
"Ain't got that."
What do you mean you don't have it..Lot of cars out there are red.
"They don't make red."
He then took a book out and showed me all the differant choices out there. I couldn't tell if I needed Candy Apple Red or French Red Wine or Hawaii Sunburst. Even for the same year there was two or three to pick from. I picked Hawaii Sunburst. Dabbed it on a spot out of plain view. Once it dried it looked orange.
No refunds on open can.
Next time I think I'll go black.
